The products will be delivered to the address provided by you as per the following conditions:
Deliveries in Mexico City: 2-3 business days.
Deliveries to other cities/regions in Mexico: 5-10 business days.

These times may vary due to unforeseen conditions during the transport of the garments.
We will provide you the tracking details of the package, so that you have insights about your shipment's status all along its journey.
In the case that the delivery could not be completed, the transport agency will contact you. If they fail to do so, you must contact the transport agency in order to continue with the delivery. Moreno Margarita is not responsible for any inconvenience with the transport.
The merchandise purchased on the website can be returned within 30 days from the day of the reception of the product(s). Any product(s) returned outside of the deadline for returns may not be accepted.
If you wish to exchange/return an item, please note that it must be returned to us in the same condition in which you received it, so that we can proceed to exchange it or issue a full refund. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags. The items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, dress bags and other packaging materials.
Damaged products will be replaced or repaired. If a product cannot be replaced or repaired, you are entitled to a full refund within a three (3) month period. The company will refund the corresponding amount except for taxes and shipping fees.
Items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or return. No exceptions. Returns that are damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
For national and international returns/exchanges, shipping costs and any import taxes will be paid by the customer.
